     A) 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday and Saturdays are negotiable .

2) Do you provide 24hr call-out? Back To Top
     A) No. I provide emergency call-out until 22:00 Monday - Friday ONLY
          (No Weekends / Bank Holidays) and for Faversham ONLY.

3) Do you charge an emergency call-out fee? Back To Top
     A) Between the hours of 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday there is no
          call-out fee. Between 17:00 - 22:00 Monday - Friday a £45
          call-out fee is payable.

     A) Kent.

5) Do you charge for Estimates? Back To Top
     A) All Estimates are FREE of charge and valid for 30 days.

6) How do I request an Estimate? Back To Top
     A) Call me to arrange an appointment, at a mutually agreeable time.
          I will visit you at home to discuss your requirements.
          An estimate will be posted to you, normally within 7 working days.

7) How long from the Quotation being accepted and until the work starts?
     A) Normally 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the job.

8) Will I need to take time off work while the work is being carried out?
     A) No. As long as access has been pre-arranged by either leaving a key
          or a friend or neighbor granting access.

     A) Yes. They can be viewed on the 'References' page.

10) What methods of payment do you accept? Back To Top
      A) Cash, Cheque with a Valid Guarantee Card, Direct Bank
           Transfer / BACS, Bankers Draft.

      A) No.

     A) No. we are not currently VAT registered and as such do not need
          to add VAT to the price.

      A) Full terms and conditions are printed on the back of estimates
           and invoices.They are also available upon request.

      A) Yes Gas safe registered and therefore
           we Can carry out any kind of gas work.

      A) Yes. Covered by £5 Million public liability insurance.
